No proper response for aieee form status

My aieee form status is unavailable in their website..nor was i given proper response whether my speed post consignment had reached or not. When I try calling up the aieee office no one picks up the phone..eslw they pick it up and keep the receiver down.

They proudly announce their helpline number but no one at the office is descent enough to pick up the phone
