Course certificate

I have registered for HCE full course in june... The course got completed in June at HCLCDC in Kalamassery. But till now I haven't got my certificate.

I called around more than 10 times to their office even in my busy schedule...

But they always telling excuse. please make necessary steps to issue my certificate as early as possible
