Not Getting Leaving Certificate, And no respond on phone calls

Respected Sir,

I m past student of Central Railway Employees High School & Jr. College

Near. C. Rly Loco Workshop, Dr. Ambedkar Marg, Parel

Mumbai 400 011

I had applied for my jr. college leaving certificate on dated 20th of Feb.

after 13-14 days left I'll call 10 time to college and asking about my leaving application. they not responding me they put call on hold 2-3 mins and cut.

Please help me about this.
