High amount of fine

I am a student of centurion institute of technology (CIT), bhubaneswar doing B.Tech. In this college the management is charging high amount of fines for remaining absent one class. As i am having some financial problem i am not able to submit fine then our college is forcing me to take TC.so please concern about my problem then i will be highly obliged and grateful to you.
