My extra fee as a capitation fee

Sir / Madam.

I m Anand Gangwar, student of Chandola, HMC.

My college per year fee is & 73, 600 as per government norms,

Our first year is of 18 Months. SO the Total 1st year fee is 73, 600 36800

But The college said that your admission is at the NRI seat, so ur first year fee structure is 1, 15000 57500. I paid it as a first year fee. I have a reciept of this fee structure. But There is a no NRI qouta in this college. I have gave this as capitation fee. How i can get back money refund. Please tell me about this problems Solution.
