CPT Registration Number not received

Respected Sir,

I sent Application Form duly filled-up and signed along with a DD No.001589 dt.21.02.2012 for Rs.6, 200/- by Courier Service which is received in your office surely, as I got Books from you to my address.

But until date Registration Number is not received and I couldnot fill Examination Form without it.
