Non payment of salary

I had worked as maths teacher in chate coaching institute .they have kept my one month salary and conveyances charges since one year on the pretext of shortage of money and evry time they tell me to come one month later. i dont know wht to do kindly guideme. after joining that institute i came to know that they do this to all the teachers and when i enquired they told me they will pay me but till now they have not paid though i needed the money urgently.please help me.
