My 8 months kid has been admitted in CISCO Globalisation Child care center with monthly fees of more than Rs 11, 000 and non refundable admission fees of Rs 12, 000 and I observed the service is very poor in terms of the following
1. They are not making the kid to take proper rest/sleep. My daughter lost her activeness since the first day of her visit. This might not be true for all children. I know that we have to put lots of efforts to make her sleep. May be some other children may sleep easily and may trouble in eating or some other things. They are not putting efforts for what basic things. They accomplish all easy tasks like taking photos etc..Here I do not need any photos, but I look for Good service. In that case, why they claim that they can care the children from 3rd month?
2. There is no real service for the kids. They send some mails with attached photos to parents by the name of few months kid.. All these mails are ready templates to please parents and justify for the money collected.
SUB: My second Independent day
“Dearest Mummy,
Today is my second independent day at School. There are so many colorful and interesting toys and books in my class that captures my attention. The last day I tried the breakfast from School, and I could finish a bowl of broken wheat porridge along with vegetables. I prefer the lunch and snack from home, as you please.
Today my friends, teachers and me went to the playground, and I participated in the Sunshine Baby activity. I enjoyed the jolly ride on the pram.
My teachers read books to be and to enhance my visual, auditory and tactile stimulation, and I like it too.
Mummy please do not worry about me, I am doing well in School.

3. Day care creche which is situated in company premises like CISCO GLOBALISATION CHILD CARE CENTRE (Globalisation & for 3 months kids) should follow some basic legal formalities. Since they are under the umbrella of CISCO, they should not violate very basic legal formalities. They should collect the documents and permission letter from both the parents. If mother or father bring 3 months kid for admission, they should insist to get the authorization letter from other parent if they could not come in person. Even schools insist for the presence of parents for their minor children (under the age of 16) during admission. How can CISCO GLOBALISATION CHILD CARE CENTRE admit 3 months kid without permission of father. What is the guarantee that our child is safe inside?
Suppose single mother or father who drops the kid to this school has been hospitalized suddenly, then who can pick up the kid? In that evening, the school will keep the child in their custody? or send the 3 months kid with the person who claims with other documents.
Anyway I have initiated legal action against this school. At the same time I want to communicate this issue to general public to be caution while selecting day care
