Climb first not helping me

I had taken admission for english speaking classes at a reputed institute called climb first. I took admission at climb first because many people told that climb first is a good coaching center and indeed it was. But it happened to me one day after my lectures were over that i lost my purse at climb first campus and i had my id, driving licence and some money in it. But the climb first authorities claim that they have not seen it and are not helping me to find my lost belonging.
