Problem of Main Board

I have a Intel Desktop Board D101GGC Mother Board

I bought this main board on 20/05.

May be It's now under warranty period.

My problem is PC cannot open. Cannot boot from HDD.I can't hear any booting sound. I think that my MainBoard may be crashed. So, As soon as possible solve my problem. Please reply me through my mail.
