No bus management

Dear SirMadam,

My daughter studies in below school:

D.A.V Public School

Problem is from last 7 April till date there is no proper bus services provided by school, they take the fees as 850/- p.m but there is no proper bus.

Bus does not have protection of fence.

There is no lady attended for Nursery kids which school has promised.

Every 2-3 days bus conductor, bus and attended changed.

No school authority takes the responsibility of kids. They are telling that parents has to come to school to pick up their wards and need to teach them which bus they should sit.

This is grievance from parents of Nursery section that please take some necessary action against school. If it goes like that it may cause to someone kids at risk.

Also parents could not go every day to collect their kids to school, this should be school responsibility.

Request you to please take proper action and help us.

P.S: Please keep this confidential in case of name, since school can take it personal for some patent.
