Collecting money for issue of marks cards

Hi all,

This institute has been doing a few malpractices thought it is a govt aided institute. The placement cell of this college has been collecting money (Rs 5000/-) from its students (B.E graduates) for the issue of the final semester marks cards. This amount is being collected from students for years now. No one has bothered to raise a voice against the college management. They refuse to issue the marks card even if the candidate has not joined the company he was placed in. This is a complete exploitation of students happening here.
