Hello Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint against a software training institute in Bangalore. The Course fee is Rs 55000. I had paid full fees Rs by cheque and completed the course. But the Problem here its been three months and am yet to get the course materials and i have been following up the institute to provide me copies of the material and they have been telling me that the materials are still being prepared and will give after the completion. Without the study material I cannot learn and practice the software.

Now I request you to guide me on how to solve and the issue.
