DEGREE CERTIFICATE & PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE NOT ISSUING

Dear Sir,

This is an MBA student of Dr. NGP Institute of technology (2008 - 2010 Batch). We have submitted the old provisional certificate & Degree Certificate & Consolidated Mark Statement to the college as per their requirement to get the new certificates back - issued from Anna University. But not yet we get back the new certificates from the college. And they are not responding us properly. Kindly guide us to get those certificates. Is it possible / right way that approach by Right to Know Information Act - 2005. Please guide the best.
