I had placed an order for educational CDs from Learn Next. The courier guy did not deliver the same and informed the Security Guard to contact the incharge Mr. Rupesh on his mobile 9220858768. When contacted he said he did not go office and will come abck to me in half an hour, which he didn't. contacted hin two times and the answer was the same. Once again contacted him on 23rd Dec. 09 in the afternoon on his mobile, immediately after hearing my name and location, he cut the line. Once again called him on his mobile but he did not pick the call. Took his offic eland line number from 2666 6666 and called him on the number through my mobile number. no one picked up. Called from a land line number in Bhandup and got teh operator on line. After some delay Mr. Rupesh comnes on line and tells me either there was no one to take teh parcel or they may have presented a credit card. Come on it is very simple, if any one has ordered for a Cash on Delivery, they cannot present a credit card. Mr. Rupesh doesn't seems to know this. Secondly my wife is serving in TATA INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES and we live inside the campus and are always available. The security guards know who has gone out of teh campus and who is present in teh campus. They know us very well. More over my has been carrying the required money (Rs. 1, 998/-) since the time I told her that I have placed an order for the CDs and how much sould be paid. The laughing point is this the company who is enlisted for courier service by TATA ISTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, DEONAR, MUMBAI. God help them, Any way I will not recommend BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES ANYMORE TO ANY ONE AND I WILL DISCOURAGE PEOPLE SENDING ME COURIER THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
