ADMISSION IN MTECH THROUGH GATE

Sir,

i got gate rank 4210, score about 403 through gate in electrical engg branch, under OBC (BC-B) category.can i get admission in any NIT's.recently i heard a news about NIT's that 10 new NIT's were started in this year, is it true? is there is any chance of admission in that new ones..

can i get admission in JNTU-H through gate with stefeind facility in electrical branch...
