In 2011 i have taken admission in IBS, gurgaon and paid the admission fees RS.80000 52, 000 tution fees. At that time i was trying to get my loan sanctioned from any bank but due to college is not affiliated from any government body.every bank rejected my application. During admission I was insured that they will give assistance for having loan.but they didnot do anything.so after 1 month i asked them to refund my money because i was not able to get loan because of them.they agreed on this matter and assure me that they will return the fees but now they are not returng it and not replying to my mails.plz, suggest me what should i do in this case.
