SET/NET exam should be the minimum qualification for educators, if the educators are not able to clear the subject they handle by means for CLEARING net/set. what will be the condition of the students they teach, they themselves are not able to clear the subjects they teach in a qualified manner by clearing NET/SET. students [consumers] are being affected by over looking the MINIMUM qualification.
