My self Rachana Puri, my younger brother Mr. Amrish Puri, is the ex student of Elight College of Information Technology (ECIT)-Roorkee, in Machenical Engineering, Enrl. NO. is-DE-I/08/132059, session 2011.
Till date My brother is unable to get the Degree & Certificate of final semester, because of Mr. Naveen (Owner of the above said institute) demanding for Rs. 25000/- to release the Degree& Certificate.
some time he says -its the pending amount against the semester fee, some time says-its the late fee.
he is making the comic story from last one year.
second point is he never give the receipt of fee. no one student has the proof of the fee submittion.
