Security Money not Returned

Hi All,

I am a 2010 B.Tech pass out from Galgotias College, Greater Noida. At the time of admission in 2006 I had submitted 20000 as Caution Money but till date they are not ready to give back my money. I have completed all the formalities but still they always say the Cheque is ready but not signed by the Chairman. How much time does it take to sign cheques. I have heard that even 2005 passouts have not received the caution money. This is the worst behaviour from a institute. I want my money back!!!
