About status of submitted application form

I Have submitted my gate application form to iit madras and received the acknowledgement card also, but when i checked the status of submitted applications forms in the concerned website it is displaying that my application form has not yet received.

my application number is 752248 and my choice of paper is CS

my choice of examinationcenters are 713and 705.

please give the correct information.
