I was working with global classroom pvt ltd from the family of City Motessori school Lucknow, since last 6 months. I joined on july 13th but suddnely one day on 9th Jan Dr Sunita Gandhi (Director of the company) asked me to work on commission basis and said that company can not afford my salary for three months till march. and said that she is clearing my dues till date right now and after march onwards she again take me on salary basis. she had given me the PDC cheque of around Rs 44000 dated on 18/01/10 and said that before putting the cheque in my account i have to asked her for account balance of global classrooom. on 18/01/10 once i asked her to put the cheque she said that there is no balance in account so wait for 2 more days. after 2 days she stopped picikijg my phone and stopped reverting on mail as well. At last i put the cheque on 29/01/10 in my bank, after a week I had receieved a letter from my bank which shows that stop payment by the drawyer on 18th itself. they are making me fool for not putting the cheque although they already stop the cheque. i immideatly went to my office and she has refuse to clear my payments. it was my almost two and half month salary. she denyed to give it and said do whatever you wants to do go to court send your lawyer or whatever.it almost more then three months i have been paid. now my condition is very bad, and above all i have to take care of my brother fees and my mother illness. she is undertreatment and very soon going through the operation as well.
i have asked so many time for my dues but she is not reply any mail and not picked my call. I realy request you to kindly help me in this matter as if i have so many burden my head. now i have no money for my and my family survival. my situation is going to worst. if i have not been paid then i realy dont know what i will do because any how i have to take care of my mother operation very soon and my brother fees. i request you to kindly treat this issue on urgent basis or tell me the best way to recover or overcome from this situation.
