Sir,
I had taken up a seat through PGET (Rajiv Randhi University of Health Sciences), in Govt College of Pharmacy, Bangalore. I surrendered my seat to the university after 1 month, and the seat was immediately filled by another student. The above surrendering and allotment was mediated by (Directorate of medical Education, Govt of Karnataka).
I had paid Rs. 20, 850/- towards admission. The college authorities are not refunding any money back citing
illogical hurdles. The fees was paid also by the student who replaced me. Repeated enquires regarding this from college authorities has yeilded no positive response.
Kindly help me in solving this matter.
