Keeping original marksheet in college

I have taken the admission in Gujrati professional institute in MBA through College level counseling, during the counseling college had submitted all of our original documents including marksheets of 10th and Bcom final year and it's been 1 month since they kept it, now they are not willing to return it and asking to pay money as fees, please do something I need my documents to apply for the job.
