I took admission in M tech mechanical engineering in Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & technology in hisar (haryana) this august.
During admission time, i clearly mentioned in affidavit that i m engaged in job and can't leave job and HOD (Head of Deptt.) had no objection.they deposited my full year fee (42, 000) even if there is semester system.
After admission HOD asked me to leave the job or M tech.
I decided to leave M tech and asked HOD on phone that i m leaving M tech before last date (27/09/10). But he refused to meet till last date and the last date passed. After that i submitted application on 4/10/10 to vice chancellor for fee refund and a copy to HOD on 5/10/10.
HOD didn't signed it and put it in file to accept later.
As per new govt. rules if i am not taking any services from university then University has to refund my fee. In case full fee can't be refund then at least next semester fee must be returned.
kindly help me to retrieve my fee back as 42, 000 is a lot to me.
