I haven't received my BBA degree

I have Already completed my BBA in June ANd my Roll no is 048819750 but since then I haven't received my degree since then. My other batch mates have received there degrees already. I have to do my studies further for which there I have to submit my Degree. I have called the university so many times but still I am not getting my degree. Kindly help me with this.
