In hcl cdc institution no proper education take place

Respected sir,

I am jyoti arora from bareilly. I want to complain about hcl cdc bareilly institution that they have taken whole course money but they are not ready to give a faculty for tally course. Now they are saying that we will call u & tell about the faculty . 1 month has been pass out but their is no response from their.

So i request you to take a serious action on this matter.
