Hierank/coaching classes
No regular classes and poor management

I paid Rs.30, 000/- by cheque together in April'10 for coaching for one year - maths, science and computer.

To my surprise Hierank Institute did not give any class on regular nor they had any dedicated faculty for computer subject till date. Physics teacher left the institute in the mid of session and there is no teacher in his place.

Now final exams are in March'11 and the institute is going to end the teaching in January itself. They claim to give class at weekends but the fact is there is nobody to attend the student on saturday/sunday.

I am left bewildered and my whole amount paid to them did not give any service in return. Moreover, they could not arrange for computer teacher in the full year for which they charged in April'10,

What should I do? Please intervene so that I could get justice because I have kept patience and watched the attitude of the management till Dec end. Can I ask for refund of the fee paid by me.
