My name is Saurabh Goyal and I am a Chartered Accountant Final Year Student. I had enrolled myself for the coaching of Financial Reporting with the ETAN-CA . ETAN-CA is a brand of the Educomp Solutions Ltd engaged in business of providing satellite coaching classes to the CA students from CA faculties. At the time of enrollment it was promised that the coaching classes will be LIVE and queries will be solved there and then itself by the faculty. But Sir, when classes started i came to know that they are not LIVE classes. They were actually recorded videos of classes that these faculties provide indivisually to there students. When i complained about this to the Class Co - ordinators they first said that LIVE classes would be started soon but now they people are saying that no promise of live classes has ever been made. SIr, in a class where u cannot solve your queries there itself it is waste of time, energy and money. As far as their claim that no promise of providing live classes was ever made can be easily verified from there website where in frequently asked questions it clearly said that LIVE classes will be provided. I want my fees to be refunded back to me along with the compensation due to loss of precious time.
