Sub: ill practice of distributing scholarship by Hindustan college.

With due respect, I wish to state that I am student MCA 2010 passout of Hindustan College (farah mathura). I received the scholarship in 2009 session from my college but now I am passed out so my college is refusing to give my scholarship (Fee) amount of session 10, Although I have received a token amount of Rs 3000/- in my account and samaj kalyan confirms that receiving a token amount a assures us that remaining amount will be received from college.

Also at the time of joining college management promised me that I will get fee reimbursement from Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, thats why I have taken education loan for my studies, Now unable to afford the EMI's of education loan. I request you to look into this matter and help me out.
