My ward Ishane Preet Singh was admitted to Hi Tech Institute of Engineering & Technology, UPTU CODE -220, 766, 26TH MILE STONE, Hapur-Delhi Bypass, NH-24, Ghaziabad02, during session 10, through UPTU, for B.Tech 1st year, branch applied electronics & instrumentation. As demanded fees of Rs83, 550/-for two semester, including security deposit of Rs 5, 000/- was paid along with cash deposit of Rs 16, 000/-for uniform & books of 4 yrs. Hostel fees of two semester of Rs45, 000/- including security deposit of Rs4, 000/-
My ward was not satisfied with faculty & quality of food and left the institution before appearing in first semester i.e 4th Dec. I filed a written request for refund of security deposits and fees of 2nd semester in Feb followed by reminder throgh e-mail and personally on 15th April. During personal visit the Director, Dr. P.K.Agarwal outrightly rejected demand of refund of even security money.
The request was again sent to VC, UPTU, Registrar UPTU & chairman of Institution vide registered post on 04.05. but of no response. The Institution is adamant not to refund any amount.
Kindly advice next course of action and fee applicable to register my request.
