Not awarded degree of EDBA Programme

I have got admission in EDBA (Executive Doctorate in Business Administration) in 2004 I have completed all semester in 07. I have also got marksheet of first & second semester and T/R sheet of third & fourth semester which declare PASS after that uniiversity has not issue us provisional certificate marksheet of third & fourth semester and degree of the above mention programme till date.
