I applied for IBPS CWE PO's/MT's March through Online & Received the Registration mail.. But unfortunately i mistakenly feeded my DOB as 12-03-1979 (32 yrs) instead of 12-03-1987 (23 yrs).. After fee payment no changes can't be made..
So, i Contact the Helpline no. 022 2968 7111, 022 2853275, 022 28543310, 1860 345 0112..
But, the calls never connect to these no.'s..
The Response always will be
"Cannot call this No."
"The no. is Busy"
"Busy.. Busy... Busy.. Busy..."
Not even a single time it's ringed..
If once again i applied, the application will be rejected and amount will be taken by IBPS..
I Helpless... Even Banking Institues are having NON-Responsive Help line no.
Shame..
