MY online payment amount has been deducted, yet not validating my regestration no

Dear sir,

I filled IBPS application form following all rules and norms, made my payment online, they deducted the amoun t and at time of generating e-receipt, they generated a slip showing transaction details without showing my form details (the format shown by them was blank).they gave me a application no . without password and at time of login they showed my application no as invalid.now i want them either to return my amount or deem

my registration as valid.

sir pls do something about it.
