Refusing to return fees

Dear sir,

I myself Vaibhav Navinchandra Thakkar live in bavla. I join the edu. institute name ICA in may and paid the fees Rs.11236. but due to some family problems I attended only three days. I asked them to return the fees but they refuse to do. I request you to help me and give me justice.
