No Response No Information/ Update

Hi Student Service Department,

I am an ICFAI distance learning program student my SSD number is - 6010020906646.

I have joined ICFAI in Jul so far i have made payment of 12 EMIs of 4700 each and first time Rs10, 000 payment.

I have joined 'A' group contact classes in Pune in Oct. But could continue my contact classes there after as i changed my job and shifted to Ahmedabad.

I had tried getting in touch with local ICFAI representative in Ahmedabad, but didn't get cooperative response. Instead they ask me to get the details from the branch of Pune ICFAI. I have followed up with their representative in Pune, regularly to allow me to attend their classes here in Ahmedabad. But after repeated effort also i never got any response from them.

After getting completely frustrating, i wrote to SSD on the same. But even then i didn't get any response. But the worst is that only information that i have received from ICFAI, after joining in is of PDC deposite intimation. No information update, dates and schedule is shared on course and other important event.

Due to the above reason i have missed on contact classes. I have ended up losing my hard earn personal money. I want my money back and would join a local but more relibable institute to purusue distance learning program.
