I want return my money back

I am enrolled For MBA program in ICFAI university in year this is the flexible cousce will passed in 7 years after enrolment,

in 2010 i hav send an email to ICFAI university for to withdraw from MBA cource

but till they are not replaying me on email. As per ICFAI toll free representative, tehy told me pls follow up with account department, but A/c department not give any ans.

Below email, i have send to ICFAI and three to four times, but not received any reply
