Fees refund rules and Termination not being allowed

I had enrolled in the Executive MBA program of ICFAI under the EMI option.

After 4 months and having paid 50, 000 INR in 3 EMI's, i could not continue with the program due to personal issues.

I wrote to the university to terminate my enrolement and asked if i was elidgeble for any refund.

They informed me that both termination of enrollment and refund is not allowed as per their rules.

I asked them to stop banking the PDC's as i would not be continuing with the program.

There is no response from them apart from the standard line " Not Allowed as per rules".

Since i have stooped the PDC's from my bank, they are sending me emails with Threatening language.

It is unethical for ICFAI university to act in such a manner.

The university does not provide any answer to my question regarding what are the options for a student who can not continue with the payment and the program.

I seek a fair answer from the university.
