My name is Rahul from ludhiana... i had taken admission in ICFAI university in distant learning deptt. in 2007 for MBA but after one month i had left this university due to some personal reason but till that time i had paid half of full course fees still i didn't tell them to refund my amount but they have been continousaly insisiting me for submit the pending amount from last 2 yrs... why shud i give the pending amount??? even i have discontinued my study after one month of admission, i didn't give any exam not even single exam.but still they are harassing me for payment and now they have sent me the legal document (samman) from lok adalt hyderabad and calling me there for settlement. At the time of admission they have taken post dated cheques from me against the full course fees so that i could pay fee through installments.& now they sue file against cheque bounce. but it's all wrong a person is not studying at all, left the study why shud he give the further study amount which he is not studying. so please please guide me what should i do at this moment.
