Dear Sir/Madam
With reference to mention subject i want to draw your kind attention that i have completed my compulsory computer training of C.S from NIIT Swaroop nagar center in 2007.But till date i have not received my certificate from NIIT.I have gone to center several time for my certificate as every time it is needed when we fill exam form. For the time being they have provided me provisional certificate. Couple of days back i have got a letter from their side that they are going to cancel my registration and not provide me certificate. As i am shifted to Lucknow so it is not possible for me to go there daily. Earlier they have given me a reason that there is shortage of certificates. On 10 july i have gone to their center to discuss about the letter then they told your registration No .is wrong. If my no was wrong so how they have generated provisional certificate to me. They are harrasment of me nothing else. The inchare and customer care executives are not interested to solve the query.
I have only one question what they were doing from last 3 years. I have ring up and gone to their center but they didn't attend me properly. And this time when i asked for contact no of their senior they didnt provided me and said do whatever you want.
I have deposited fee so it is my right to get certificate.
Kindly help me out and take necessary step to solve the matter.
