Please, forward my complain to the university as it is not caring at my problem. I have complained several times to the even vigilance department of IGNOU but did not get any solution. Now, where should I go? Has an orphan girl no right to get higher education?

Please, reply me otherwise a rural living girl would not come over her dream of getting higher education...
