Non updation of assignment marks and Non issue of degree

Had enrolled to BTCM course of IGNOU in this is an 4 year engineering degree course.one who studied this course knows the pain how difficult it is to clear this. somehow managed to clear this in 5.5 years along with full time MNC job, only to know that my first year assignment marks are still not updated and so my degree/convocation has not taken place after 3.5 years of completion. The regional offices are pain in ass, Delhi office is poorer than any government office, the response is pathetic..rather no response. everything is so slow and lethargic, that i feel to give up, however i want to pursue my MBA so i have been striving hard to get my degree.
