I applied for my BCOM A&F degree for the year 2012

The prospectus states that I will receive my acknowledgement and Study material, along with my assignments at my Postal address.

I only received a fees receipt at my home.

I have repeatedly been to the Study Center for my books, but it is now 22nd March, yet I fail to receive my books. Only 2 more months left for my examinations.

Also, when I call at the office, they ask me to come for the books at 6, but when I go there, they tell me that the books distribution is 5 to 6.

Next time, I went at 5 and was told that it opens at 6.

Besides, I have not been informed through any means about an I-card to be collected. When I asked about it, I was told that I was irresponsible because I did not collect it before.

The staff, except one gentleman, is rude and unhelpful. Their helpline number only tells me to come to the office and talk for answers.

Mental stress right before exams is enough trouble, this only adds up to it.
