My name is Birendra Singh Sugara.i am student of IIHT South-X New Delhi from last two years. I join this Institute May with total fees. the fees was 64000/- which included these course A, N, MCSE, RED HAT, CCNA, CCNA Exam Boucher. The course duration was only 14 months but Because of IIHT management it is not complete yet. I belong from poor family so it was really costly for me stay in Delhi in rent. I did not join any part time job in duration because IIHT not provide me flexible classes. But When I join this Institute at that time IIHT said that we can read in flexible classes. But after that they did not provide. Faculty was always come late in the classroom .and they also complain that IIHT not pay their salary in right time so they can’t teach us so our course time duration was improved. Now my complain is that I‘ve complete my all coaching and now I want give my CCNA exam but IIHT is not provide me this Boucher but I paid fees for this .that was 14000/-. Before one year ago I ask to the Branch Manager Miss Dipti Gandhi for the CCNA Boucher then she contact to Head office Bangalore of IIHT then they told that they sent my CCNA Exam Boucher in IIHT Email. But I did not get it. Because I really don’t know about this because the Boucher was come in IIHT Email. And the Boucher date has been expired .for this IIHT was Responsible because they ignore that mail which was come from CISCO. and IIHT did not ask to me that I am prepared for the CCNA exam or not . without ask to me IIHT sent to mail to CISCO for CCNA exam Boucher and after that when CISCO sent the CCNA Exam Boucher then IIHT ignore this mail .then I told to Miss Dipti Gandhi {Branch Manager of IIHT} .please I need my CCNA Exam Boucher for the Exam they said to me it will take some time .but after some time Miss Dipti Gandhi has left this Institute without inform any student. now the new Branch Manager appoint In IIHT Missis Minakhsi. I also ask to miss’s Minakhsi so she said to me she will do something for me. When I feel that she is not doing anything so I talk again to Miss’s Minakhsi so she said to me I have to forget my 14000/-. Because IIHT cannot pay this. And she said to her guard that now I cannot come in this institute. I am tired to complain to IIHT so I hope that you will justice with me. I don’t need back my money but I want that you take some action these types of Institutes and I hope you will short out my problem soon .you can communicate with me through [email protected].
