With reference to above subject i want to say that i have admission in MBA for july batch in the college IIMT management colleg Ganganagar MEERUT According to college demand i had submit the Demand Draft of Rs30, 000 D.D no.467355 from S.B.I bank on 25/07 for seat confirmation. uncertainly i fail in my gradution i am unable to join the college Then i say to the college to refund my draft amount but the college is giving me a new date for refund but they are not giving me my draft amount. i have submited the written application on the date 14/10 For all this.
Therefore please help me in refunding my D.D Rs 30, 000 from that college because according to government and university rules also if the student should not attend any class in the college before its batch get started then the college has no right to take the fees of the student. So kindly help me.
