I had send my form to IIT Guwahati on 17/12/09 amids the last date for submit of form being 19/12/09 from PATNA GPO with no SPEF045539395IN operation code -PK.But when I searched it on institutes web. it had not reached. Why???Where it is? Given that it reaches any where in India within 48-72hours, it should have reached. WHERE IT GOT WRONG provide me the information with details immediately?
