NOT refund my refundable fees

I have leave the college Indus institute of technology and management, bilhaur, kanpur

i drop B.tech after 1 year . at the time of admission i paid 5000 refundable amount, now i want back my refundable but the IITM institute giving fake excuses and not refund my refundable amount.

please take a proper action against that institute
