Ont refunding caution money

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Shilpi Sharma and I have done my MBA from IMS Noida in 2006 passout. I have completed all the formalities to get my caution money but the college is not ready to give back the cautin money. Its been more than 1 year I am following it up but they are just making excuses and not refunding the money. I stay in bangalore and cannot travel again and again to noida to get an update, I have already wasted lots of money on making STD calls but they are not ready to give back but only makes excuses. I have also sent mails to the Director but no response. can you please help me out to get my money as I am cheated by this college and have already spend lots of money to get my caution money refunded.
