My sister enrolled for Bank P.O coaching in IMS learning center, koramangala branch, bangalore by paying Rs. 4000 in advance and next day due to some personal reasons my sister had to travel back to my native place (katni (M.P)) and hence i approached the IMS learning center to get the fee refund since she is not able to attend the study course anymore. But they denied to give money refund saying it is against their policy, which they never told us before accepting money. At first we have not availed their services and without any delay i contacted for the refund they should do the needful and secondly if they have any such policies they should inform this in advance, so that i could have gave a second though to it before actually handing over the money to them. After all this i approached the head office of IMS learning center, Mumbai even they are also not listening to my plea and hence i want to file a case against IMS learning center. How can they deny to refund my hard earned money just because i gave them in advance by trusting them, and giving some policy related reasons which i was not aware of it.
