Non refunding of fees paid to iipm college and cancel of my seat

Dear Sir,

I have taken admission in IIPM college, Bangalore (HQ-Delhi)

by paying Rs.95000 on march and april month and i paid the money incondition that if my loan is not passed or If i am failed in 12th my money will be refunded and my result is i am failed and so i went

to the branch and submitted my documents they said me it will done in a month and now its more than a month and they have not refunded my money nor they picking my call. Please solve my issue

as this money i seriously require for my further studies.
